the act of accidentally or deliberately running over a person of color with a motor vehicle and having the tires slide while on top of the body by applying the brakes(without abs) or the gas.
i was at a blm protest and while driving through the crowd my car starting mudslipping real bad. it was so bad it almost stopped my f150, i had to chuck it into 4wd to make it to kfc.
