Mursehole
the combination of m-sshole (m-ss resident) and murse (male nurse). this word is widely used in the tri-state area due to the heavy influx of male nurses from m-ssachusetts. m-ssachusetts requires that nurses have their bsn, thus sending -ssociate degree male nurses our way. these murseholes tend to hold themselves in a higher regard than the rest of the nursing population; without cause or true reasoning. many of these murseholes tend to job hop, i.e. work at just about every hospital imaginable.
nurse a: “that mursehole sure didn’t last very long”
nurse b: “well what did you expect, murseholes are not very well received by patients and staff alike”
