an addiction to listening to music or music in general. this term is usually used to describe the behavioral acts of a person that listens to music for more than 10 hours a day.
can occur as a way to aid in depression or schizophrenia. a way to distract your mind and but it in a different area for a while.
musicolism is a addiction usually found in teens and young adults.
mom: honey, can you ever take out your headphones and talk to your family?
