an abbreviation used to compel another pokemon player to “make their own d-mn team!.” not necessarily exclusive to pokemon.
this phrase is known to originate in compet-tive pokemon. often on pokemon discussion forums threads will be created to ask for help in building a pokemon team. frustrated veterans will often simply post myodt if they don’t feel like helping or if the topic creator is becoming difficult.
