nade dance
a nade dance is a dance made popular on mgo (metal gear online, an online game for the metal gear solid franchise) it is where a player in game equips the grenade of his/her choosing and goes to throw his/her grenade but holds the nade in there hand and switches the camera view from over the shoulder on the right side to the left. this causes the character to look like he is making his hands go back and forth up and down.
some people on mgo have mastered the grenade dance and can do custom dances. there are many other dances on mgo. some using the technique above and some that are custom.
