a word used to describe something that isnt very nice.
for example, “that girls top is naggy” or “this food is naggy”
a person who laughs all the time and is very happy, shes very beautiful too and has the best friends usually named bugsy. its a nickname for someone who is on top of the world, it also rhymes with baggy. like when you go to wawa and buy a brownie you can say ( see example below).
“ohh naggy! grab yourself a baggy!”
