nanguin
a term originally derived from a corruption of the word penguin. nanguin is used mainly as a pet name, thereby equating a person to a cute and cuddly penguin. the word can, however, carry different connotations under different circ-mstances. the word nanguin has also been known to be used as a sort of drunken battle cry. the effect is startling and disorienting to the unsuspecting sober observer yet outrageously hilarious to a fellow drunken person.
