narcisshole
a specific type of -sshole, born from the unbridled love of oneself. a true narcisshole is incapable of genuine empathy and is unable to consider the needs of others if there is no benefit for themselves.
unfortunately it is a trait common in many leaders and would appear to be highly regarded in circles consisting of weak thinkers and fellow narcissholes.
man, did you see how jack treated his staff? he made them all work back on his project whilst he did nothing, and then he claimed the credit for all their hard work… what a narcisshole!
