naughty head. the lowest of the low. this special combination of words is reserved only for the sc-mmiest of sc-m. said sc-mmy person has to have committed at least two capital crimes (murder, terrorism, pedophilia etc.) and pedophiles in general.
this word can also be used for the big greedy corporate wall street ceo’s that only care about themselves.
