Neoboganism
the state of being willfully and happily ignorant of your surroundings and not caring about what is going on in the world, or even the local communtiy. includes current politcal ideas, information about your local area, current local, national or global issues etc.
being in a state of neoboganism can leave an idividual defenceless and open to being taken advantage of.
