Neon Black
a color almost impossible to define, although r-t-rds think its a blacklight. (its not!)
a r-t-rded color thought up by a smart-ss (myself), mainly used to brush off annoying douchebags, or stun idiots for a short time so you can escape the barrage of stupidity while they try to think about it.

a paradoxical shade , created by a few people like me. used for confusion. often confused with white or a black light.
