something or someone who is amazing, but seems to be ordinary at the moment. can also be used to generally describe something extraordinary.
this is an informal word, which came from the word ‘neon’. it was first used by indians to describe a girl who acts stupid but is actually very intelligent.
whoa! she told you she doesn’t like partying? that’s just neonific, man!
