netjerking
when computer networking goes bad. when trying to set up a computer network, you encounter several unexplained problems, troubleshoot by pulling out (jerking) a lot of cables around, you learn a lot about the network, but in the end you’re unable to solve the problem in the time alotted. it is very frustrating. it’s a low-brow humorous euphemism for an -n-logous male s-xual act. both are exercises in futility which may be fun and consume energy but produce no practical results.
netjerking is a lot of fun but as usual accomplishes nothing.
my buddy and i spent all afternoon netjerking in the computer lab.
the client had me running around the building netjerking until my arms were tired before giving up for the day.
