Niceness Movement

a political movement originally described by political science professor kenneth minogue in 2009. the fact that this movement has existed in the west for many decades without a proper name is a testament to its insidiousness. basically, the idea is that comp-ssion is the ultimate human virtue. this comp-ssion extends not to individuals, but to members to members of groups defined by the establishment elite as “oppressed”. to the remainder of humanity (straight white males), comp-ssion ends and is replaced with knee-jerk hostility. see taylor and johnson’s “until proven innocent: political correctness and the shameful injustices of the duke lacrosse rape case” to see how this flawed thinking plays out in real life.
jim couldn’t criticize mary for having six out-of-wedlock children and no job because he was a member of the niceness movement.
