scenario where most of any basketball court is swarmed by african americans to the point where a person might as well forget about playing basketball for the rest of the day. if you dare call next, you will find that theres are alread 3-4 people who called next anyway so the average wait time (if you call is even honored) is 3 hours for your next game. often however, people will deliberately forget you had called ‘next’ in the first place, so you may have to wait an additional hour or two before your first game.
