1. to cut accross multiple lanes of traffic in one motion.
2. to stay in a lane that is closed ahead until the last second to avoid waiting in traffic that is backed up.
1. i was in the left lane and about to miss my exit, so i had to do a n-gg-r cut.
2. the left lane was backed up for miles because of an accident in the right line, so i drove to the front and n-gg-r cut everyone.
