an african-american who has the short, stocky physique of an oompaloompa, and the stereotypical behaviors of low-cl-ss black culture (aka a n-gg-r). male n-gg-rloompas are dangerous due to their rare conflicting traits of macho black bravado and short-man insecurity. approach with caution. note: n-gg-rloompas can be distinguished easily from regular ooompaloopas because oompaloompas have jobs.
i got too turnt at da club and accidentally knocked over a n-gg-rloompa, who became enraged, but thankfully he was only 4’10” so i just held his forehead while he swung his stubby little t-rex arms at me.
