a derogatory racist term for pushing asian canadian anglers into the water.
similar to cow tipping except instead of pushing over a sleeping cow; the intention is to push an asian fisherman into the water. this is canadian slang local to toronto.
guy 1: look at those asians over there eh… who do they think they are fishing our lake eh? we oughta teach them a lesson.
guy 2: let’s go nip tipping!
