a b-tch with abnormally large nipples. usually seen on large women, but occasionally small women. sometimes these women resemble large mammels, such as the hippopotomus. these are both round and fat t-ties. sometimes referred to as “inflammation of the nipples” also known as “nippleosis gigantisis.”
