a person who consistently says “no” or rejects every idea or proposition.. usually a female, but men are nixstresses too, they’re called nay-sayers though.
the nixstress accused lucas of joke stealing and had him arrested but his charges were dropped as his time stamped jokes clearly pre-ceded her so-called original joke..
