noise malfunction
when your starting a game at work on the sly but then you have forgot to turn the sound off so blaring game noise and basic comes out of your computer alerting your boss to the fact that you are in fact multislackiing
i was about to start the secret level on pacman when i had a noise malfunction and got a ear bashing from my boss
