a sarcastic expression to answer a question when the answer is definitely a ‘yes’.
it originates from scandinavia where the vikings used to make a unintelligible “nogrhfpoeusdnwxvno” whenever asked a very stupid and obvious question. it has been adapted to the modern singaporean context by changing the “grhfpoeusdnwxv” to a more popular “lah”.
