Noncation
officially non-official time away, typically reserved only for upper management, so they can enjoy not only their earned vacation but some additional time/days off as well. this can be entire days or just some half days off – but none of it is recorded by hr.
hey there guys – i’ve been working on this really big deal so i’m going to take some noncation this week and only work half days for the rest of the week. i don’t have my real vacation until october, so i need some time now – i’m burned out.
