this play on words incorporates the aspect of the location practically making (“like baking cakes”) noobs.
this phrase may also relate to a specific person or family, who may have bought up someone of whom many would consider as a noob.
“noobcakery” may even be applied to someone who acts / appears to be noob-like.
noobcakery is used in fps gaming when one team has completely dominated another. the team that looses is thought to be “a new batch of noocakes, from the noobcakery”
