not pockets are those remaining pockets of fat that stick after many months of strenuous exercise. they make you look less hot. the opposite of not pockets would be, hot pockets. hot pockets are the positive fatty areas that are atrractive. hot pockets include: b–bs and bootie (of course, those areas are not always considered “hot pockets.” they can also be “not pockets.”)
