a small town in north eastern oklahoma where old folks come to retire and fight over frivolous matters, including but not limited to:
1. who has the rights to the water tower’s roof for the television station,
2. who is and isn’t allowed to establish a business which leads to the growth and development of the town,
3. who is and isn’t in control of a section of approximately 3 feet of city “street”.
