nationally registered paramedic
this means a person displaying nrp or nr-p behind their name has completed a year of rigorous cl-ssroom, and hands on training to become a paramedic. they also must p-ss a hands on -ssessment of pt care along with a computer based adaptive test for knowledge. one must also continue their education through the use of ceus (continuing education credits) to, in many cases, exceed and some times double the state requirements for renewal of their paramedic license or certification.

not real person. an acronym used on web forums when a regular member tells elaborate, troll-like stories about their life. really it’s usually a fantasy of the poster and/or a way to try to make other members jealous or start a flame war.

no reason pain
to wake up one day and have a pain for no apparent reason. any body part can hurt without just cause.
