new york blues department; one of the hottest, rocking bands emerging from neath the urban neon of new york city. all four members are born, breed, native new yorkers ; v and frank d’lemma both hail from brooklyn, chris from bayside, queens and ray st john from the bronx. their musical prowess and combined efforts are giving music back its b-lls !
