an additional derogatory t-tle given to barrack hussein obama, the 44th president of the united states of america, by his detractors. the t-tle alludes to his lack of leadership and tendencies to “lead from behind.” it is intended as a parody on the term “commander-in-chief.”
the observer-in-chief now has three scandals collectively referred to as obamagate.
