a word that only the people who primarily created it know it’s true meaning.
however, for others the meaning is thus: oofsh means “that’s cool”, “very interesting”. basically something that is definitively fascinating, exciting & important to those who use it. oofsh is to be used when excited about something.
that’s what it was & when it was invented.
