a mix of “congratulations” and “okay”. used when a person tells you something that was completely random or something that you have absolutely no care about. you usually would say “um..okay.” or “congratulations” with sarcasm. but now, you may say “oogaygrats”
person 1: hey, how have you been?
person 2: good, i’ve been busy with school and such.
person 1: oh.
person 2:yea i got this whole college essay due by tomorrow, i dont know how im gonna finish it.
person 1(in his mind): did i ask..
person 1: oogaygrats.
