a term used in place of “that’s what she said”. typically used when anything of a s-xy, immoral, creeper, or immature nature appears. commonly used as an alternative to perverted. normally used to describe a close, perverted, “ladies-man”. name does not have to be jacob. should not be used to describe yourself.
