optical rectitis
n. a sh-tty outlook on life. derived from optical, refering to sight or vision; and r-ct-m, refering to the orifice from where sh-t is delivered to the outside world.
decision makers at all levels (governmental, corporate, bosses, parents, etc.) must have optical rect-tis since they seem to make some really bad decisions more often than not. the symptoms are everywhere – too much government, failed corporations, discredited government officials and executives, corporate bailouts, public dishonesty, abuse of power, superficial strategies, and failed initiatives.
