slang for “orchiectomy,” a surgical procedure where one (or both) t-st-cl-s are removed. often used within the lgbt/queer community when talking about transitioning.
there are too many risks with gender-re-ssignment surgery, so i’m leaning towards an orchie cuz that’s easier.
