an entirely new level of insanity. to have gone completely batsh-t, and then a step further. jumping on the couch crazy often combined with a touch of h-m-s-xuality. (ie. tom cruise) a state of mind where there has been a complete and total loss of control of mind and body. the point of insanity in which the brain begins to literally start to leak out of the facial orifices.
