a combination of the spanish “otra” (meaning other) and “schizophrenia” (a situation or condition that results from the coexistence of disparate or antagonistic qualities, ident-ties, or activities). “otraschizophrenia” indicates a psychological condition in which someone treats other people as though they are interacting with two different people
