someone who quotes a particular movie over-excessively, thus causing everyone around him/her to hate that movie, and generally him/her as well.
as though watching anchorman for the first time, landon quoted a will ferrel line 23 times in one night, thus earning him the t-tle of an over quoter. later than evening, landon was banished from the group for his annoying propensities to over quote his favorite lines.
