a colloquial term for a truck stop, especially the shopping/dining center inside a gas station, found on most highways. a partial reversal of the word “stopover.”
coined on january 27, 2011, around 8:00 pm by a few students from centro escolar university-malolos going home from an it convention in olongapo city, philippines.
at 7:00 pm, my convoy reached the nearest overstop at caltex north luzon expressway-san fernando, pampanga.
