a weeb term meaning “idiot parent”. used to define an overly affectionate and doting parent, sometimes to the chagrin of the child receiving said affection. these parents also often flaunt the adorableness of their child to anyone who will give them half a second of time.
watch out for maes hughes; he’s such an oyabaka, he’ll talk your ear off about how cute his daughter is all day if you let him.
