a term coined by socal’s poohcore legend “armistice.” really “p-beat” is just a comical steal from the band discharge and the term “d-beat.” p-beat stands for pooh beat armistice has become very well known for using winnie the pooh in most all of their logos and they are usually -ssociated with the character winnie the pooh.sp-wned off the term p-beat…comes the word “pooh core.” the term p-beat was actually thought up by jeff harp of final conflict.
