someone that was born in and never leaves the state of pennsylvania. usually due to either being broke, redneck, white trash, or a bozo that is afraid of traveling. typically these people are set in their ways and have no idea how to act at a fancy restaurant or higher cl-ss social gathering due to being uncultured.
