1. originated from three separate words used at different times; punk, -ss, hoebag, b-tch. later combined to create pahb.
2. punk -ss hoebag b-tch. used to define a person that is acting like they are better than you.
3. a person that usually goes by the name of mary.
4. can be used to describe anyone who is annoying so they will not know what you mean by it.
