at cornell university in ithaca, ny, the time (usually around 12:15am) that everyone in collegetown goes to the palms bar. this is generally a m-ss migration up dryden ave. to the palms for cheap busch light, drunken dancing, seeing random friends, and finding someone to hook up with.
