a (fict-tious) s-xually transmitted disease contracted through the act of sodomizing oneself with a bagel. the name originates from a combination of the words “gonorrhea” and “panera”, where delicious bagels are sold.
note: the disease cannot be contracted by properly engaging in s-xual intercourse with a bagel.
