when an person blocks another person on all forms of social media/ virtual communication, including but not limited to phone calls, texts, facetime, facebook, snapchat, instagram, twitter, email, etc. usually a dramatic means of limiting all forms of communication with someone and also meant to send a message. very common in break-ups.
