parallegiance
the phenomenon of repeating patterns of activity the same time the next week or normally year. derives from ‘parallel’ (eg. late october 2008 and late october 2009 are parallel) and allegiance (eg. a holiday somewhere has allegiance with a similar holiday.)
oh sh-t! i always seem to get dumped in early march! lets hope there is no parallegiance this year!
