Parapost
a phrase commonly used to describe an exceedingly long post on a forum, image board, or text based video game.
the term originated on online text based role play communities where it is used to describe a post that is exceedingly long and is a paragraph instead of just a few lines. paraposters often go into an immense and often ridiculous level of detail writing about their characters words, actions, thoughts, mannerisms, attire, etc. this is often annoying to less hardcore players because paraposters will usually take much longer than an average player to post a response.
