Parkland Youth
youths found on the streets of parkland, wa ranging from ages 8 to 19. these miscreants will beat you up, steal your sh-t, crash your parties and tag your cars. they live for free beer, weed, and drunk plu students. they usually congregate in the bushes on the corner of c street and 121st; they are also often found on garfield street. acronym: py.
note: not all the youth found in parkland are considered py.
