adjective: a person who exhibits an inability to park correctly within a designated sp-ce. exhibited by parking too close, double parking, crossing the lines, over the curb, or generally socially unacceptable parking behavior that impedes your fellow man’s ability to park correctly or get in and out of their vehicle.
