a party cardi is the attire that shows one who has true cl-ss and not swag. it is a business casual attire that an individual will wear during night time activities. such night time activities could be up scale pub crawls, parties or entertainment establishments. pardy cardi’s are typically worn by an individual who exemplifies proper kid problems.
